I figure that most people on my flist watch this community, but just in case: today's my posting day at [livejournal.com profile] seasonal_spuffy. I've already posted a large-ish batch of Spaiku from "Something Blue" and I'll put a smaller one from "Tabula Rasa" up a little later. I initially had almost twenty (!) for "Tabula Rasa," but there was just no kind of cohesion; after much futile wrangling, I cut it down to haiku from the last few moments of the episode. It's not a pretty thing when haiku rage out of control.

ETA: Now with links to the haiku! What a concept. :)

It was tax paperwork! So damned puzzling and tedious that of course my mind wandered. Over to bad sex. Which is understandable, as I'm sure you'll agree.

And I fear that was a one time thing. My next effort will probably take 34 years. And won't I feel silly to be posting the last Buffy fic on the planet!

But thank you. :)

I refuse to believe that "The Caseus Prize" is "My Sharona" and that you are The Knack! *dies of cackles and coughing* OMG, it's officially time to take the keyboard away from me! You know what I mean, though.

I'm very willing to believe that there is some mystical relationship between bad sex and taxes.

34 years? Bring it. I'll have exhausted the entire cast by then and moved on to haiku about the creepy dude that cleans the grease trap at the Doublemeat Palace. It'll be good times.

Thanks for all your wonderful comments today. I've been smiling all day. *squishes you*

Good God, My Sharona. Did you know that the real Sharona sells real estate? Take a look at her site (warning for sound) as it cracks me up. Nothing says, "I'll sell your house quick!" like the lyrics to that song.

Hope you're feeling glorious today!

Ha! I remember reading about her job as a realtor at one point, but I'd never seen the website. Kudos to her for parlaying a song about jailbait into a lucrative career!

I would wait 34 years for more of your funny. ;)

Thanks, darlin'. Same back atcha!
