Little marshmallows,
empathy for a devil.
Always did love mums.

Slayer and Forehead?
They don't know the half of it:
can never be friends.

Almost pities them--
they're living a lie; he's just
intoxicated.

Hauls ass out of town,
chaos in his gleeful wake. . .
he did it hiiiis waaaaaayy!!

I think Joyce should drive and put Spike in charge of the map. Also, there would be an understanding that neither would be wholly in control of the radio dial. I predict that hi-larious hijinks would ensue. :D

And how would they decide where to stay? 'Oh no, Spike, that's so ugly - I have never been able to accept puce as an exterior paint colour. And it has no pool. What about that one?' 'No deal Joyce, no smokin' in all rooms. What're they thinkin'?' But they could share the driving. And they both enjoy a good meal and good conversation, if they're not so worried about Buffy that they can't stop. They should be worried! They should be rushing to stop this proposed disastrous starter marriage....
