I just wanted to pop in quickly and thank everyone for a wonderful first year in the fandom. I've had a blast getting to know y'all better and consider your presence in my life a blessing each and every day. *big hugs* I'd like to say more about how rough this year has been for a lot of people and how sincerely I hope that 2009 brings more bright moments for all of us, but someone is growing impatient and wants to "get this bloody party started already!"

It's been just one year for me too, and I loved it, and your Spaikus have been a shining part of it...not to mention how whenever I see the link for some of your doll!fic I immediately go "God, how gross is it going to be today?" and then I rush to click it with great anticipation--and they never disappoint.
In today's one you brought the infamous Vampagne to a whole new low with that Big Bad Cork speech.

Hahaha! I'm ridiculously pleased that this is your first reaction. People who enjoy my terrible sense of humor are more precious than gold.

I'm so glad we both found our way to LJ this year. Your cartoons never fail to amaze and amuse me, and I always smile when I see that I have comment from you. Wow, and any time you feel like posting more pics of your sculptural skills, you just go right ahead!

Happy 2009 to you! *lol* I will try to have a good time despite (or more likely, because of) the shame. ;)
